Greenpan is very good. I have been trying different models of these pans for a while now, I had the Valencia set; but I have to say I like this Memphis set more than the other. Its sparkly base is so beautiful. Its non-stick surface is as smooth as a marble. Great looking set overall. I believe the other sets have stainless steel handles which makes them more expensive. But that feature also makes them heavier. So if you do not use frying pans ever in the oven, like me, I think it is a bit overkill. So I am now happier with this set as the handles are lightweight.

Second pan I bought. For a single person works well. I cook on low heat ( Do not cook on high heat)I also bought a lid , that's way I cook.Photo is pan after 4 months.I would buy againI've cooked anything from vegetables (pan with lid) garlic prawns, fish, scrambled eggs, fried egg. I just don't cook red meat as think high heat would damage product.Wipe over with oil and good to go. Clean up, let cool Wipe and quick wash. Don't clean while hot as doesn't clean well.

Ottimo prodotto. Ho utilizzato la padella sia per cuocere sughi per la pasta che per cucinare carni e pesci: non si è mai attaccato nulla. L'unica accortezza è non utilizzare fuochi troppo alti. Dopo una ventina di utilizzi il rivestimento della padella è ancora lucido ed uniforme (io utilizzo solo cucchiai di legno o di plastica).

Non all'altezza dell'aspettativa, soprattutto visto il prezzo.Dopo meno di un mese ha già iniziato a perdere il rivestimento antigraffio e senza aver usato in alcun modo strumenti abrasivi

Comprata per sostituire altre anti aderenti vecchie, finora ha svolto egregiamente il suo compito. Non l'abbiamo ancora messa in lavastoviglie, anche se dicono che è predisposta. Comunque cucina bene

Poi diventa molto appiccicosa e il materiale di rivestimento si è anche danneggiato facilmente nonostante usassimo solo legno per girare la cottura

Ich finde diese Pfannen durchweg überzeugend und kann die negative Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen, die Pfannen kleben nicht an und sind super zum pflegen. Natürlich sollte man die auch langsam erhitzen ( wie jede Pfanne). Die beschichtung mit diamantstückchen bekommt keine Kratzer mit Holz oder Plastik und ist super resistent. Würde die Pfannen jedem weiterempfehlen und sie selbst immer wieder nachkaufen :)

When i buy this pan i found it very excellentIt is excellent in performance no doubt about itBut it has developed bulge at the centre after 2-3 usage i have raised complaint via email but there is no responseThey have given warranty of 5 yrs and there is no customer care no available on warranty card and as well as on website plus no response to complaint raised through emailSo i would suggest dnt go for this though the pan is excellent in performance bcz if such things happens then altematly your money is waste only though the product is goodWorth buyingGreat quality requires very less amount of oilIts pure ceramic but price is little high
