This excellent blade set arrives in a easy to recycle plastic bag. A set that contains a blade housing that fitted my Explore Air 2 perfectly and with no issues. Plus there's 6 deep cut blades, four of which are supposedly different than the standard 45 degree blade that the manufacturer uses.There's two 30 degree blades which, theoretically, should cut more precisely than a 45 degree on very thin materials. Plus twos 45's, which are the standard general purpose blade, good for medium weight materials like paper, thin cardstock and vinyls. An everyday blade that provides a good balance between precision and durability.Finally there's the 60's which is designed for thicker and denser materials, such as thick cardstock or foam.Personally after testing the blades I couldn't see any difference or improvement over standard deep cut blades.But I could see all these blades worked as well as the one supplied with my machine. Something that makes me very happy. I can also see how this set is great value, especially as an original housing alone is over £20, and this set gives me 6 blades and a housing for 1/2 the price. So I can safely say this set is highly recommended.
