After waiting a long time for this lock to arrive, which was expected. I went to mount it to my bike and noticed the plastic casing had been cracked and opened along the center. There are other marks and scratches that indicates this had been used. I expected a new lock and am disappointed with the condition of this lock. At this price point, I expect this lock to be strong enough to not break when shipped.
