I had a Blacksmith make my entrance door to the garage, and while he was at it, he installed the Drop Box, I have to say the quality is really good, it's sturdy and after a rain the inside was dry. Just have in mind that the drop box goes through the door, and you will need to make a hole for it to be installed; in my case I preferred for the box to be welded to the door to avoid any movement.Would recommend! just be mindful of installation~

Build quality and materials that come with this item are high quality and durable. However I was confused by the pictures with this item. I thought that I would be able to install and mount this similar to my current mailbox. However there is a slot on one side with the intention of needing to cut out siding or have an opening in the house/garage where you would have the locking element inside. This doesn’t really make sense to me as if the mail is coming inside I don’t need a lock to grab it. I thought it was outside for me to retrieve. So unfortunately it is not something that I will be installing and if I hadn’t ordered it via Vine I would be returning it since it’s of no use to me.

This is a very heavy duty drop box! No worries about it being damaged or broken into- it is very sturdy and looks nice as well! Easy to install.

This solved all of my problems with the mail going through my mail slot and ending up on the floor. It was very sturdy, easy to install, and easy to use. It is built with superior quality. It looks great. It is very functional, as it keeps my mail until I’m ready to retrieve it. Absolutely perfect overall.
